OpenSky Partners with Share Villa "UMITO" to Offer New Travel Experiences Starting from Mobility, Connecting Private Jets and Stays

OpenSky Inc. (Headquarters: Ota Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tomohiro Kamibayashi), a provider of membership-based private jet services, will begin a partnership with UMITO Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director: Teppei Hori), which develops share villas "UMITO" located directly in front of the sea.

Both companies will connect travel by private jet with stays at small luxury hotels, proposing a new value where the journey begins before arriving at the destination.

As the first phase of this partnership, from September 12, 2026 (Sat) to September 14, 2026 (Mon), a "Special Plan to UMITO Okinawa Onna Village by Private Jet" will be offered to three groups (six people) selected by lottery. For this plan, UMITO will plan and recruit accommodation packages, while OpenSky will manage the flights for a round-trip experience between Haneda Airport and Naha Airport using a PC-24, provided as special sponsorship.

Background of the Partnership: Transforming Mobility from "Blank Travel Time" to a Valuable Experience

While luxury travel often emphasizes accommodation and on-site experiences, travel to the destination is frequently perceived as a "means" involving crowds and waiting times. OpenSky aims to transform travel time itself into travel value through flexible mobility and private in-flight space, differing from regular scheduled flights.

UMITO offers a "Second Home by the Sea" stay experience, focusing on its location directly in front of the sea and small luxury. Through this partnership, the experience from the moment of departure from the airport to the stay in Onna Village, Okinawa, will be designed as a continuous experience, enhancing the quality of travel from both mobility and accommodation aspects.

Furthermore, both OpenSky's fractional ownership of aircraft and UMITO's share villas utilize a system where value is shared among multiple owners. Moving forward, both companies will leverage their respective "ownership" and "usage" systems to offer new options not only for stays but also for mobility.

First Phase of Partnership: "Special Plan to UMITO Okinawa Onna Village by Private Jet"

This special project allows three groups (six people) selected by lottery from a public application to experience a round-trip flight by OpenSky's PC-24 and a three-day, two-night stay at "UMITO Okinawa Onna Village." It proposes a journey where the sky and sea connect as one, from the exclusive in-flight space for limited participants to the stay in one of nine suite rooms nestled by the quiet seaside.

Key Experience Points

Travel from Haneda Airport to Naha Airport via PC-24, managed by OpenSky. Experience a boarding process different from regular scheduled flights and an exclusive in-flight space for limited participants.

Upon arrival at Naha Airport, transfer via private shuttle to "UMITO Okinawa Onna Village." Stay for two nights at a small luxury hotel composed solely of nine suite rooms.

Dinner using Okinawan ingredients and a special breakfast will be provided. The experience is designed as a continuous journey from flight to accommodation, meals, and transfers.

The round-trip flight experience is specially sponsored by OpenSky. The participation fee is set as a special plan fee by UMITO, including accommodation, meals, and transfers.
