The store is based on the concept of 'expressing the charm of Otaru through soft-serve ice cream' and offers two flavors featuring local ingredients.
'Otaru Soft' Uses cage-free eggs from Otaru Jidori chickens. It offers a rich, deep flavor that highlights the natural essence of the ingredients.
'Asari Dam Soft' Uses black sesame powder from Niikuraya, a historic Otaru confectionery shop. It delivers a fragrant and flavorful experience.
The shop aims to be a place that welcomes not only tourists but also locals, road trippers, and those returning from hot springs. It intends to serve as a new stopover in the Asarigawa Onsen area to promote the appeal of Otaru.
