OTIUNA Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Takahiro Adachi) has launched a crowdfunding campaign to enhance and promote 'OTIUNA Sukore,' the first facility in the Kansai region to combine an education-specialized library with a maker space. The project will run on CAMPFIRE until May 31, with a fundraising goal of 700,000 yen.
[Why is this space needed now?] The facility is designed to fill three gaps that traditional study rooms, tutoring schools, and co-working spaces cannot: 1. A place to satisfy learning desires: A 'third place' for people to return to being 'learners,' distinct from work or home. 2. Unique educational experiences: A space to break free from fixed ideas and embrace diverse perspectives. 3. Reclaiming tangible learning: A place to nurture creativity through analog experiences.
The staff consists of individuals from diverse fields who support users by listening to their concerns about 'kyoiku' (education/co-creation) and helping them take the next step.
Following the successful completion of the project, the company plans to use the funds to enhance the facility and aim for future expansion of similar services in other regions.
