Voice Cast Announced for SNS Anime 'Asahinikki,' a Chaotic Slice-of-Life Series Set in Asahi Town

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshiyuki Fujiwara; hereinafter 'eGaia Progress'), and that the voice cast has been finalized. Production is being handled by Studio Prince, a next-generation studio that leverages generative AI to transcend traditional creative boundaries and produce diverse content.

'Asahinikki' is a heartwarming slice-of-life comedy anime series designed to gently encourage viewers to engage with mental well-being ('well-being') by offering laughter and warmth. This project marks eGaia Progress's new initiative to support emotional health through entertainment, leveraging their mental health solution 'WELLXiL.'

The story is set in 'Soula Villa,' an apartment complex in Asahicho (Sunrise Town). Hinata (Hina), a resident, unexpectedly meets Mari, a lazy and sarcastic member of the 'Sola' species, sparking a daily rhythm of witty banter and comedic timing. Soula Villa is home to a vibrant ensemble of characters: Haru, an energetic and upbeat child; Shikawa, a university student and inventor; Akane, a blonde gyaru and karate champion; and Togoku, a timid landlord who secretly works as a charismatic hostess at a drag bar. Together, they create a lively, chaotic harmony.

A 10-year-old girl attending Asahigaoka Elementary School. Though she tries to live normally, she often finds herself reacting instinctively and getting caught up in others' absurdities. She loves watching the sunrise but has recently struggled with mornings due to her habit of snacking on chips and watching videos. Peach / Haruna Monomono (Rimax)

A perverted Sola who speaks with a Kansai dialect. By chance, Peach and Kuku have moved into Room 201 of Soula Villa, where Hina and Mari live (currently behind on rent). A secret: he purchased the paid note 'How to Trigger Lucky Perverted Moments – Expert Complete Guide' for 990 yen just to catch a glimpse of Akane's panties.

Kuku / Hiyo Sekai (SSP)

A mysterious Sola living with Peach in Room 201 of Soula Villa (also behind on rent). Neither a straight man nor a comic foil—just a naturally foolish being. Or perhaps a genius? Kuku is the embodiment of whimsy. She loves chocolate and naps, and it's rumored that touching her fluffy head during her nap brings happiness.

Mocha / Hikaru Aomura (Aria Entertainment)

An artificial Sola created in Shikawa's experiment. Due to a manufacturing error, the '100 Insult Lines – Your True Pleasure Awaits' data was accidentally included, giving her extremely high insult skills. Many are aroused by her sharp tongue. However, she has fallen head over heels for her creator, Shikawa, and shows an unexpectedly affectionate side only to him.

Juno / Yuya Noten

Elite Sola No.11. By day, he sunbathes; by night, he runs 'Solar Knights,' a hybrid host club. He helps many overcome mental distress. However, his narcissistic personality backfires—whenever Hina, Mari, Peach, or Kuku visit, they inevitably tease him mercilessly, leaving his shop in ruins as usual.
