Rabbitly Inc. enters capital alliance with Itera Inc., becoming its affiliated company

From "Development Partner" to "Business Partner" integrating management and development~

Rabbitly Inc. (Headquarters: 1-18-21 Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Daiichi Hibiya Building 703, Yuuki Mori, Representative Director, hereinafter "Rabbitly"), a system development company, announces that it has entered into a capital alliance with Itera Inc. (Headquarters: 3-3-13 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Nishi-Shinjuku Mizuma Building 2F, Takayuki Muto, Representative Director, hereinafter "Itera"), an AI product development and provision company in the marketing domain. Following Itera's acquisition of 20% of our issued shares, Rabbitly has become an affiliated company of Itera. Additionally, our Representative Director, Yuuki Mori, has been appointed as Itera's Director and CTO.

Background and Objectives of This Matter

The rapid evolution of generative AI is significantly changing the landscape of software development. In the AI era, the source of competitiveness is the speed of product improvement itself. Instead of the conventional contract development model that develops based on requirements, a system is needed where the development team directly commits to business results and continuously iterates at a high speed.

As Itera's development partner, Rabbitly has been responsible for developing products such as the AI product "Itera SNS (formerly SHORTBOOSTER)" which automates SNS marketing and short video production/distribution, and the AI product "HP BOOSTER" which handles everything from LP/website generation to publication and measurement. On the other hand, the conventional framework faced challenges where structural time lags were unavoidable in specification formulation and priority decision-making.

Through this capital alliance, Rabbitly will become an affiliated company of Itera, and along with our representative's appointment as Itera's director, both companies will transition to a system that integrates management, business, and development decision-making. Rabbitly will go beyond the scope of contract development and directly commit to business results.
