RKKCS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture, President and CEO: Atsushi Kaneko) will exhibit at the "Fukudenkyo Fair 2026" (Organizer: Fukuoka Electronic Local Government Joint Operation Council), to be held on Thursday, July 30, and Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Fukuoka International Conference Center.

This event, organized by the Fukuoka Electronic Local Government Joint Operation Council, is held annually to provide local government officials from within and outside the prefecture with opportunities to interact with various information systems, serving as a catalyst for improving operational efficiency.

Our company will introduce five services, including our "New Comprehensive Administrative System," developed in-house in accordance with the basic policy for standardization of local government systems promoted by the government, and our "Generative AI Manual System Otonarisan," a chat-based manual service utilizing generative AI.

2. Generative AI Manual System "Otonarisan"

"Otonarisan" is a chat-based manual service where generative AI responds quickly and accurately in an easy-to-understand manner. By referencing manuals and legal documents pre-loaded into the AI, it generates answers, offering more specific and accurate responses compared to general generative AI services that rely on internet information.

In addition to a "Question and Answer Function" that allows users to ask questions conversationally, it features a "Keyword Search Function" that can search not only document titles but also their content, and a "Text Summarization Function" to instantly grasp the key points of long documents. It is available on a fixed monthly fee basis without data capacity limitations.

3. Data Utilization Service (Demo Version)

This service utilizes data from core systems to consolidate know-how for solving challenges faced by local governments nationwide into a dashboard. By simply selecting a challenge from a list, users can instantly create dashboards using maps and graphs. It enables data-driven constructive discussions by objectively visualizing hypotheses such as "it's probably like this" in daily operations and on-site challenges through dashboards with maps and graphs, thereby promoting operational efficiency.

4. RKKCS Version Catalog Site "Public Garden" (Demo Version)

"Public Garden" is a catalog site for local governments that enables optimal service selection within limited time. It allows users to check detailed information (cooperation records, estimated construction period, pricing, implementation records, etc.) necessary for comparing and evaluating core systems and all associated services. This facilitates smooth information gathering and allows for the consideration of services and optimal combinations that meet the requirements of each local government. Furthermore, it significantly reduces the contact effort for staff by enabling bulk information requests for multiple services of interest.

5. Yubi Navi Plus

"Yubi Navi Plus" is a solution for front desk reform that combines "flexibility," "resident satisfaction," and "low cost." It offers numerous functions, including a "Guidance Function" to reduce the response time for municipal staff handling counter services, and an "Application Input Function" that reduces the input burden for residents while correctly transmitting application information to municipal staff.
