Organizational Development Seminar for Sendai/Miyagi Business Leaders: Featuring Former Vegalta Sendai Player Yasushi Endo and Kashima Antlers Executive

SEALs Inc. and SENDAI DOT PROJECT will host a seminar for business leaders in the Sendai/Miyagi area on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 'noaddress' within the Sendai Ryokusai-kan. The seminar, titled 'Winning Kashima x Reiwa Organizational Theory: How to Build a Strong Organization,' will feature Hideki Suzuki, Vice President of Kashima Antlers; Yasushi Endo, former player for Kashima Antlers and Vegalta Sendai; and Ryoma Kumagai, CEO of SEALs Inc. The event aims to combine the organizational philosophy of one of the J.League's most successful clubs with the recruitment and growth strategies practiced by a young Sendai-based company.
