Survey: 90% of Admin Personnel Don't Fear AI Unemployment, but SaaS Replacement Looming

Sooup Consulting's 'Admin Department Survey 2026' revealed that over 90% of respondents do not expect AI to cause widespread unemployment in back-office roles. Only 3% expressed strong concern about losing their jobs. However, 77% believe that current SaaS platforms and internal systems will eventually be replaced by AI solutions. President Hironobu Wada noted that while technologies like OA, IT, and DX have automated routine tasks, human administrative roles consistently evolve and survive, showcasing the resilience of 'Human Intelligence' against AI.
