Following the article's publication, access to the consultation service surged, causing temporary connection difficulties. We are currently responding sequentially, but it may take time to receive a reply.

Our association and the Precious Metals Appraisal Organization accept consultations on appraisal, certification, and distribution for both domestic and overseas ingots, tailored to their specific situations.

We interpret this response as an indication that many people in Japan are facing challenges related to the sale and distribution of gold ingots.
