Super Normal Inc. (CEO: Takashi Okutani), in collaboration with Food Japan Summit, will host the live event "From Consumption to Co-creation: A Night to Experience Excellent Normal" on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Gaienmae Island Studio.

The centerpiece of the event is "MEGURU," a sustainable sake that achieved 708% of its goal on the crowdfunding platform Makuake. MEGURU was the first in Japan to receive the "Salmon-Safe" certification, an environmental initiative born from the philosophy of protecting clean rivers for returning salmon, spearheaded by Kobe Shimbun.

Culinary Experiences Available: - Tasting of Salmon-Safe certified sake "MEGURU" - Pairing curry supervised by Masaaki Nakamura (Nakamuraya Spice Curry) - Clay pot rice and ceramic experience by Shino Wakisaka (WELCOME TO OUR TABLE) - Early tasting of the upcoming "Plum Rice Cake" from Super Normal

A talk session will also be held featuring Takashi Okutani (CEO of Super Normal) and Takuya Umehara (Organizer of Food Japan Summit). The session aims to explore the future of "food" and "relational populations" with the participants.
