Synkport (HQ: Konan, Aichi; Representative: Takuya Taniyama) and Internnect AI (HQ: Minato, Tokyo; Representative: Hideaki Matsui) will release 'TSUDULY', an AI-powered BCP planning and operational support SaaS, in June 2026 and begin service in July 2026.
TSUDULY is a business continuity operational platform designed for companies either starting their BCP or looking to improve existing ones. It integrates BCP document creation, risk-specific playbooks, training management, inventory management, safety notification options, and Layer A/B assessments into a single workflow. It supports companies in being prepared for crises such as natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, and cyberattacks, ensuring they can act decisively when needed.
BCP adoption in Japan remains low. According to a May 2025 survey by Teikoku Databank, the overall adoption rate was 20.4%, with SMEs at only 17.1%, largely due to a lack of expertise, personnel, and time.
Key features of TSUDULY: 1. AI-Assisted BCP Planning: Organizes corporate and risk information to support document creation. 2. Operational Consistency: Links documents to training and improvement tracking. 3. Risk-Specific Playbooks: Clarifies initial responses, personnel, and phases for specific risks. 4. Continuous Improvement: Manages training plans, reviews, and action items. 5. Inventory and Resilience Assessment: Tracks supplies and evaluates execution readiness. 6. Safety Notification: Available as a paid option.
