1. Quarterly Balance Sheet (Attachment 1)

4. Quarterly Statement of Changes in Equity (Attachment 4)

5. Other Matters Required to be Disclosed in the Quarterly Report

The global economic environment during the current third quarter consolidated cumulative period, including Japan, remains highly uncertain due to continued monetary tightening in major economies such as the United States and heightened geopolitical risks surrounding the Ukraine situation. Domestically, while inflation persists, personal consumption has shown only modest recovery.

Under these business conditions, the T&D Holdings Group continues to focus on the steady execution of its "T&D Holdings Group Medium-Term Management Plan 2025." Specifically, in the life insurance business, the Group is expanding sales of high-profitability products and building efficient distribution channels utilizing digital technologies. In the non-life insurance business, it is developing products responsive to changes in the automobile insurance competitive landscape and enhancing preparedness for weather-related disaster risks. In asset management, the Group is reviewing investment strategies to improve profitability while strengthening risk management frameworks.

As a result, for the current third quarter consolidated cumulative period, the Group achieved year-on-year growth in revenue, with operating profit, ordinary profit, and net profit attributable to owners of parent all remaining in surplus. However, the Group continues to face impacts from foreign exchange and financial market fluctuations, requiring ongoing measures to ensure stable future earnings.

Going forward, the Group will prioritize maintaining and strengthening trust with stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, by ensuring transparent and timely disclosure of information and continuing efforts toward sustainable enhancement of corporate value.
