Why Trademark Registration Now?
To disseminate the concept of "OS," a foundation was needed to clearly define the core name and system, and to nurture it responsibly. Three Initiatives to Make PowerOS the "New Normal"
THUNDER will proceed with development in the following three directions to establish PowerOS as fundamental literacy in society:
1. Dissemination of New Standards: Look at "OS" Before Skills
Towards new standards for recruitment and evaluation: We aim to make "OS evaluation" a common language for human resource evaluation, which currently centers on specialized skills (App).
Starting with the widespread adoption of OS diagnostic tools, we will support collaboration with human resource and job placement services, and the introduction of OS evaluation into recruitment processes, creating a trend to "hire by considering OS as well as specialized skills."
2. Channel Expansion: Delivering "Power to Advance" to Workplaces Across Japan
Expansion nationwide through partnerships with financial institutions, chambers of commerce and industry, and local training companies.
Through trainer training programs, partners themselves can become instructors, disseminating OS to local workplaces.
3. Product Deepening
An OS that fits any industry: Expanding case studies tailored to the contextual realities of various industry workplaces, including manufacturing, food service, healthcare, and local government/public sectors.
Building on the versatility of the 29 tasks, we will refine it into a framework that can be used "personally" in all job types and industries.
