TwoGate Inc. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Terunori Kobayashi) will hold the third edition of its immersive paranormal photo exhibition, 'Mieru Hito Exhibition,' from Friday, August 28, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Seibu Shibuya Store.
Launched in April 2025 in a private house in Shibuya's Namikibashi district, the exhibition has drawn approximately 40,000 visitors cumulatively, including its second edition, 'Mieru Hito Exhibition - Zero,' held in Nihonbashi. With tickets repeatedly selling out and extensive media coverage, the experience of 'borrowing the perspective of those who can see' has resonated widely.
The 'Mieru Hito Exhibition' has been held in locations rich with memory, such as a 93-year-old traditional Japanese house and a Nihonbashi building scheduled for demolition due to redevelopment. The third edition will take place at Seibu Shibuya Store, which will close its doors after 58 years of history at the end of September 2026.
What Is the 'Mieru Hito Exhibition'?
There are people in the world who can see 'something' invisible to others. The 'Mieru Hito Exhibition' allows visitors to experience the world as seen by such 'people who can see.' The displayed photographs appear to be ordinary landscape images at first glance, but each has been verified under the supervision of spiritual mediums as being visible to those with psychic abilities.
Exhibition Experience Introduction
Beyond Japan: Encountering Global 'Presences'
So far, we have traveled across Japan's ruins, cities, and power spots with 'people who can see,' photographing the entities present there. For this third edition, in addition to domestic shoots, we have taken on the new challenge of expanding beyond Japan, conducting photography in the United States, Thailand, and China.
What do 'people who can see' perceive in lands with different cultures, histories, and forms of faith?
Through the exhibition, visitors can view records of the 'presences' seen in each region.
Previous Exhibitions
### First Edition (April–June 2025 / Shibuya Namikibashi OLDHAUS)
Held for the first time in a 93-year-old traditional house. Featured original photographs themed around 'ruins,' 'sea of trees/power spots,' and 'urban areas,' attracting approximately 13,000 visitors. The run was extended due to high demand.
### Second Edition 'Zero' (August–September 2025 / Nihonbashi Fukushima Building)
Expanded in scale to eight areas across the 1st and B1 floors of a building scheduled for redevelopment. Evolved into an experiential format with rooms recreating the vision of 'people who can see' and a video theater, in addition to photo displays.

- Comment
I'm truly delighted that the 'Mieru Exhibition' has become a series and is now holding its third installment!
The spirits on display this time span 'countries around the world,' and I believe they differ from the paranormal sensations we're accustomed to.
Crossing borders changes religions, and with them, the nature of the afterlife and spiritual beings.
Even within Asia, clarity differs, and in the U.S., their assertiveness intensifies dramatically, haha.
Of course, both Miyoshi and I traveled to each location, splitting duties to capture actual spirit-inhabited sites!
Please come and enjoy the most mysterious, bizarre, yet vivid occult experience anywhere.
### Miyoshi (Miyoshi)
A spiritual medium born into a family with generations of psychics, raised from childhood in close connection with the invisible world. Trained under deities and spirits, and also proficient in psychological therapy and bodywork. Currently based in Koenji, operating a counseling salon using clairvoyance and spirit vision.

This exhibition has been carefully crafted to answer the frequent question, 'What exactly do you see?' And now, finally, we've expanded globally, capturing and delivering the spiritual world more broadly and deeply than ever before.
It's been a journey across the globe with Hayatomo and our staff, hunting for spirits while being watched with suspicion—'What are those people filming...?'
A journey to explore the unchanging essence of humanity and the regional cultures built by humankind over long centuries, wherever we went.
The 'seen' world is one where diverse information overlaps like a mille-feuille, with illustrations and effects layered over photographs.
We hope visitors can experience a glimpse of the process of recognizing, sorting, and interpreting these layers.
