U-ZERO Strengthens Management Structure with Appointment of Two New Directors

U-ZERO, which supports employee engagement reform to eliminate unhappy workers, announced that Hirohisa Shimono (CCO) and Narumi Horii (CRO) were appointed as directors effective April 1, 2026.

Background and Purpose: U-ZERO provides integrated solutions for employee engagement using AI and cloud technology. To address rapid business growth and increasing demand from the enterprise market, the company has strengthened its leadership in business and revenue strategy.

Profiles: Hirohisa Shimono (CCO) previously held leadership roles at SAS Institute Japan and Concur. Narumi Horii (CRO) previously served as VP of Sales at Concur. Both joined U-ZERO in 2025.

CEO Masamune Mimura stated that these appointments will solidify the management structure and enhance value delivery to the enterprise market. U-ZERO aims to raise Japan's engagement score to 10% by 2030 and will host 'U-ZERO DAY 2026' on July 15.
