U5WORKS Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kazuyoshi Sakata) has released a new feature, 'Upper Limit Management Cloud,' for its business support cloud service 'DayRobo,' which is designed for child development support and after-school day services. This feature supports information sharing regarding upper limit management required for insurance claims (Kokuho-ren). It is a new mechanism that allows upper limit management offices and related offices to share and approve data on the cloud, eliminating the need for faxing printed materials or emailing PDF output data, and is expected to streamline operations for insurance claims. 'Upper Limit Management Cloud' is a system that allows for the sharing and approval of upper limit management information, which occurs when making insurance claims for child development support and after-school day services, on the cloud without using faxes or emails. Upper limit management is a mechanism where one facility acts as a contact point to adjust the monthly total paid by parents so that it does not exceed the burden limit per household, even if the child uses multiple facilities. Conventionally, this exchange has been mainstreamed by fax and paper, which took a lot of time for preparation and confirmation. Features of the new function: A mechanism to share and approve data on the cloud, UI design based on the insurance claim workflow, and a system that can be used even by non-DayRobo users. This reduces the risk of transmission errors and loss caused by paper-based exchanges, and significantly shortens the time required for preparation, confirmation, and collection. DayRobo is an all-in-one cloud service where AI supports therapy records, contact books for parents, and the creation of individual support plans.
