Unveiling the 'Implementation Model' for Dental Clinic DX: 'DENTAL DX PROJECT' Launched

Vible works, Inc., in collaboration with the Medical Corporation Yuseikai, has launched the 'DENTAL DX PROJECT,' a DX and organizational transformation project for dental clinics. The dental industry faces serious challenges such as recruitment difficulties, high turnover rates, and reliance on clinic directors. This project proposes DX starting from 'business design and organizational design,' comprehensively reviewing reservations, reception, accounting, flow, and role distribution, rather than just introducing tools. It unveils a model actually operated in a clinic with 14 units and 500 million yen in annual sales, demonstrating results such as fixed cost reduction and lower turnover rates. Through facility tours and a four-part practical seminar, it supports managers in learning from each other and transitioning to 'clinics that run on organizational systems.'
