・Junki Namazue

After graduating from university, Junki joined a partially listed foreign manufacturer as a sales representative. Around one year into his career, he re-evaluated his purpose for moving to Tokyo, which led him to begin working part-time in his current field. After a year of balancing both roles, he resigned and incorporated his business in 2019. Today, he leads CockPit Inc. with the mission of "enriching the Mondays of 120 million people," focusing on referral-based career support, IT engineer support, staffing services, and specialized recruitment for coaching companies.

・Kazuaki Arata

CEO of VISION&Co., born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. After university, he joined a specialized trading company. From his first year as a professional, he aspired to become an entrepreneur and launched independently at age 24. Today, he hosts annual seminars attended by over 2,000 people, aiming to cultivate numerous "business athletes." He actively supports freelancers and aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly in their 20s, and fosters career development. Additionally, he operates a select shop and apparel brand centered on ethical and sustainable values, pursuing long-term societal prosperity.
