VVV Co., Ltd., which operates the sustainable sanitary brand limerime, will launch the limerime Daily Pad on June 4, 2026. This is the brand's first product to feature DENAGREEN, a starch-derived highly absorbent material co-developed by Nagase & Co., Ltd. and Nagase ChemteX Corporation. By using this plant-derived material instead of petroleum-based polymers, the product achieves both high environmental consideration and excellent absorbency. The product aims to resolve the dilemma for women dealing with postpartum or menopausal bodily changes who want to be eco-friendly but rely on petroleum-based products for reliable absorption. The pad features a 99% biodegradable design, combining limerime's signature bamboo fiber top sheet with the starch-derived core, keeping the skin comfortable and dry. Priced at 1,738 JPY (tax included) for a box of 30 pads, it offers a slim 19cm design without wings, absorbing up to 20cc. Sales begin on June 4, with shipments starting around June 10 via the official online store and natural product retailers.
