"Japan's Service Innovation" compiles forefront cases of service innovation from a diverse range of service examples obtained through the activities of the Service Productivity and Innovation for Tomorrow Council (e.g., Japan Service Award, Japan Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) survey).

In fiscal year 2025, 91 cases were certified, and wash-plus's coin laundry service for accommodation facilities, "wash+ Comfort," was selected as one of them.
