The Blu-ray and DVD release of the documentary film 'A Trout in the Milk,' which premiered nationwide in 2024 (distributed by weroll Co., Ltd.), has been confirmed. Ahead of general sales, pre-orders will begin on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, via the special website of outdoor apparel brand 'Foxfire' (TIEMCO Co., Ltd.).
This film is a science documentary that portrays universal themes of humanity and nature, accompanied by stunning visuals and music from pristine headwater regions. It was a widely discussed release, shown in theaters across Japan in April 2024.

Directed the 2024 documentary film 'A Trout in the Milk.' In 2025, produced the short version of its sequel, 'The Last Waltz of the Sakuramasu,' with plans for a nationwide theatrical release of the feature-length version in 2026.
Previously directed the short film 'Dialogue with Anima,' themed on perspectives of life and death, and produced the cultural tour 'Toono Meguri Toroge.'
Also involved in media strategy for the 'Human-Information Ecosystem (HITE)' research domain at the Research Institute for Science and Technology for Society (RISTEX), Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). Engages in practical initiatives including planning and producing workshops and conferences on citizen-led scientific development, crossing natural and human sciences. Since 2024, Representative Director of Whole Universe Association.
