Trends by Contractor Type Local contractors are centered around projects under 30 million yen (32.0%), while major house builders see a shift toward 30-40 million yen ranges, with a higher percentage of projects exceeding 50 million yen. Major house builders tend to be approximately 20% more expensive than local contractors.

Builder Trends by Area (Kobe City) - Major house builder popularity areas: Higashinada-ku (72.4%), Kita-ku (70.0%), Chuo-ku (60.0%). - Local contractor popularity areas: Nada-ku (65.2%), Nishi-ku (58.7%), Hyogo-ku (57.1%).
