Coinciding with "Almond Milk Day on May 30," Ezaki Glico Co., Ltd. will hold the "Almond Milk Fair" using its "Almond Koka" product from Thursday, May 28, to Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 47 restaurants and a total of 130 stores nationwide.

Due to its popularity, this will be the third iteration of the fair. This year, the number of participating stores has been expanded, making it the largest in the event's history. During the fair, customers can enjoy original drinks and foods using "Almond Koka" developed by each store, as well as regular menus featuring almond milk offered at special prices.

Through a wide range of food establishments, including cafes and restaurants, the fair proposes diverse ways to enjoy almond milk.

According to an announcement by the Almond Milk Research Association, sales of almond milk in 2025 recorded a historical high of approximately 32.5 billion yen, a 44% increase from the previous year*. It is drawing attention as a new alternative following soy milk.

In this fair, exclusive menus and special pricing on eligible items will be offered. Customers can experience the appeal of almond milk across a wide range of menus, from drinks and sweets to unexpected dishes like ramen and shaved ice.

Six renowned baristas active in the specialty coffee field will also participate. Each barista will offer a special menu using "Almond Koka <For Barista and Chef>" at their respective shops. Notably, "PHILOCOFFEA," a specialty coffee shop operated by World Barista Champion Tetsu Kasuya, will sell a specially designed menu, the "PHILOCOFFEA Almond Milk Latte," tailored for this fair. The other five famous baristas will also provide their own uniquely original menus, allowing customers to enjoy a cup that highlights the savory aroma and clean aftertaste of almond milk, crafted with a barista's unique perspective.
