Opening Day Bustling with Many Visitors

Many visitors arrived before the opening, and the interior was bustling with activity from the moment the doors opened. The commercial zone, spanning from the basement to the second floor, features 26 stores (with 3 more to open in Fall 2026, for a total of 29 stores) offering food, retail, and services, and each store welcomed a large number of customers. The unique tenant mix, including Osaka's first stores and new formats, also attracted attention.

【Concept of the Facility and Floor Layout】

This facility, a large-scale complex building primarily for offices, was completed on December 15, 2025. It leverages its prime location at the gateway to Midosuji, adjacent to Nakanoshima, to create a sophisticated and vibrant atmosphere befitting the area. By developing abundant waterside open spaces, including within the development zone and Okawa-cho Park, the aim is to contribute to the regeneration and growth of the Osaka-Yodoyabashi area, as well as to the creation of a vibrant and livable town.

The building is a 29-story high-rise with 2 basement levels. The commercial zone is located from the basement to the second floor, and office floors are available from the 3rd to the 9th floors and the 11th to the 27th floors. The 11th floor, the top floor of the building's base, features a rooftop garden and a complex floor with public contribution functions, serving as a space open to the community.
