AIESEC Japan NPO will hold a seminar titled "Case Study Introduction for Global Talent Utilization" in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture on July 10, 2026, to support the global expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises.

This seminar will feature speakers from Technosmile Inc., which introduces and supports the retention of foreign talent, and Mr. Toshihiro Hori from FTS Inc. Through case studies, we will provide hints for human resource development that forms the core of an organization, focusing on what kind of support companies should consider for long-term success and career advancement.
