"Earth Bookshelf Project" Launched!

NPO Supratarka (Location: Yomitan Village, Okinawa Prefecture, Representative: Katsuya Honda) is launching the "Earth Bookshelf Project."

As a concrete method for fostering mutual understanding across national borders, we will conduct cultural exchange through books. This is a simple project where schools exchange books, providing children with new opportunities to understand each other's history and culture.

We are seeking participating schools.

Project start: July 2026

3. Participating schools from various countries

*Note 1: Participating schools will be those equivalent to elementary, junior high, or high schools under the Japanese education system.

*Note 2: Partner schools for book exchange will be schools attended by children of the same age group. (e.g., elementary school with elementary school, junior high school with junior high school, high school with high school, etc.)
