Porcle Offers Free Test Rides at Hokkaido's "Expanding Bicycle ∞ Hokkaido!!" Event

The event will be held in the front garden of the former Hokkaido Government Building (Red Brick Office), the venue, where special test rides will be available on the day.

Test rides of Porcle and usage guidance by staff will also be provided.

Porcle, a certified NPO that operates the share cycle service "Porcle" in Sapporo City (Sapporo), is cooperating with Hokkaido's "Expanding Bicycle ∞ Hokkaido!!" event and will be offering free Porcle test rides.

On the day of the event, participants can test ride actual Porcle vehicles used in Sapporo City. Additionally, for those who want to try it out but are unsure how to use it, or wish to know how to register as a member, staff will provide easy-to-understand guidance on how to operate the ports and use the service.

Helmet fitting and VR goggle experience also available.

This event is being held as part of Hokkaido's initiative to promote bicycle utilization under the slogan "Expanding Bicycle ∞ Hokkaido!!".

At the venue, there will be test rides of e-bikes, helmet displays and fitting experiences, and traffic safety VR goggle experiences. Through these activities, participants will be able to experience the appeal and convenience of bicycles firsthand, and promote understanding of safe usage.

Receive a Porcle original reflective can badge.

Participants who take a Porcle test ride or answer a quiz will receive a Porcle original reflective can badge as a gift.

Not only is the design cute and Hokkaido-like, featuring motifs of the Siberian accentor and the Red Brick Office, but the use of reflective material also helps ensure safety when cycling.
