Specific Non-Profit Organization Mihara-iro (Headquarters: 4-10-2 Nakano, Nakano-ku; Representative Director: Takahiro Kikuchi; hereinafter "NPO Mihara-iro"), which supports children with severe physical and mental disabilities and medical care needs and their families, opened its second day service facility for children with severe physical and mental disabilities and medical care needs in Saginomiya, Nakano-ku, on May 1, 2026.

Utilization of Communication Robots and AI Technology

Similar to its first facility, "Day Service for Severely Disabled Children Patto Potto," Otto Pottos utilizes cutting-edge robots such as Lovot, Arm Wander, Kachaka, and Alexa, as well as TV game consoles, generative AI technology, and AI video analysis technology for habilitation and therapeutic education. ICT tools are used to digitize communication with parents, reducing their burden.

An Environment for Growth, a Little Stylish, Playing Freely, and Growing with the Community

We support growth in a slightly stylish environment. There is also an outdoor space, providing an environment where children can engage in activities freely. Being adjacent to an elementary school, we will broaden the scope of habilitation by participating in various events and exchanges in collaboration with neighborhood associations and the community.

We provide pick-up and drop-off services to homes throughout Nakano-ku, eastern Suginami-ku, southeastern Nerima-ku, Tokyo Metropolitan Eifuku Gakuen, and Tokyo Metropolitan Shimura Gakuen. Children will enjoy traveling in cute and cool wagon cars.
