Study Period: Late September 2026 – July 2028 (2 years)

Eligibility: (1) Individuals aged 16 or older residing, working, or studying in Sayama City; (2) Individuals aged 16 or older who support the university’s mission and intend to engage in local community activities in Sayama City.

Capacity: 70 participants (first-come, first-served)

Tuition: 12,500 JPY per year (7,500 JPY in August and 5,000 JPY in April)
