The three products, "Hiroi EXv3," "Honmaru EXv3," and "Ninoma EXv3," will evolve simultaneously, connecting data seamlessly from quantity take-off to estimation, cost management, and billing/collection management. Each product is equipped with AI Quantity Take-off, AI Unit Price Confirmation, and AI Chatbot, enabling the equipment industry to break away from reliance on individual personnel and accelerate DX.

Background of v3 Release

The equipment industry is currently facing a structural crisis. The number of construction workers decreased by approximately 30% from a peak of 6.85 million in 1997 to 4.77 million in 2024 (Japan Federation of Construction Contractors). The construction material price index continued to rise for 12 consecutive months, reaching 143.9 compared to 2015 (November 2025, Construction Price Research Institute).
