The 'Renovation School' is a 'short-term intensive practical program' where participants spend three days creating business plans to revitalize vacant properties—such as existing vacant houses, shops, or land—and the surrounding areas, culminating in a public presentation to the property owners on the final day. These schools have been held nationwide, attracting people from various professions and industries, leading to the creation of new teams and projects in various regions.
This is the first time it will be held in Iwata City! It will consist of approximately 6 people per unit (2 units planned), with practitioners from all over the country and from local Iwata joining each unit to drive the momentum. We invite you to participate.
Who should participate: - People who want to enjoy creating the future of the town together. - People who want to take on the challenge of starting a business utilizing vacant houses, etc. - Architects/real estate professionals, creators, business owners, etc., who want to contribute to the town with their own skills. - People who want to challenge themselves with new ways of living and working in Iwata.
