Aiming for Professional Excellence for the New Era of Foreign Talent Employment

The Fukuoka Prefecture Social Insurance Labor Consultant Association (based in Fukuoka City) has launched the "Foreign Talent Employment Research Subcommittee" as of April 2026 to study knowledge and practices regarding the increasing employment of foreign talent.

The first theme of the study group will be the "Technical Training and Employment System," scheduled to be implemented in April 2027. This system is attracting significant attention as a revision to the Technical Intern Training Program. The association will hold a seminar for members to analyze the background of the system, its impact on corporate practice, and the differences from the Specified Skilled Worker system from a "practical perspective."

Koji Taguchi, Representative Partner of the Social Insurance Labor Consultant Corporation Emifull (affiliated with the Fukuoka East Branch), who has been involved in practical work in the foreign talent field for many years, will serve as the lecturer. Based on his field experience, he will organize the key points that social insurance labor consultants should grasp.

This research subcommittee aims to create an environment where members can continuously learn about the latest systems. It aims to respond quickly to changes in the environment surrounding foreign talent employment and lead to appropriate support for regional enterprises.
