The Scenic Mikata Five Lakes of Wakasa Bay Sparkle at Night - Announcing the Inaugural "Evening Cherry Blossom Project in Mikata Five Lakes"!

Following the popular "Light Wave Project in Suishohama" held at Suishohama Beach last autumn, the town of Mihama in Fukui Prefecture is pleased to announce a new light art event, the "Evening Cherry Blossom Project in Mikata Five Lakes," to adorn the nights of the Mikata Five Lakes. Shifting the stage of light art from the sea (Suishohama) to the lakes (Mikata Five Lakes), we will create a fantastical space on the lakes at night. Please enjoy the beautiful collaboration woven by the sparkling night cherry blossoms and the lakes.
