Report Content: Media reported that Fumao Oils Co., Ltd. participated in Taisugar’s procurement tender and delivered soybean crude oil in May 115 with 'Benzo(a)pyrene' (BaP) levels exceeding legal limits. The oil was produced by Chung Lian Oils & Fats Co., Ltd. on commission. Taichung City Government stated that Fumao Oils failed to report the issue as required and will impose a fine of NT$3 million under the Food Safety and Sanitation Management Act. 7.
