10th Anniversary: Our Journey and CROSSROAD's Strengths

Since its establishment in 2016 (Heisei 28), CROSSROAD has sincerely addressed the major challenges faced by companies, such as "operational efficiency" and "labor shortage," not limited to the scope of "accounting and tax."

In recent years, we have focused on providing services with cutting-edge DX and cloud systems as our infrastructure, and have grown into the "CROSSROAD Group (total employees: 100)" consisting of a tax corporation, a social insurance労務士 corporation, and ZERO ONE Co., Ltd. We have established a one-stop management support system that combines expertise from each field.

Towards the Realization of "VISION2030": Further Growth and Challenges for the Next Stage

CROSSROAD has set "VISION2030" as its next major goal, aiming for a dramatic expansion of organizational scale to "300 employees" by 2030. Furthermore, we will achieve overwhelming productivity improvement by "increasing sales per person by 50%" through the full-scale operation of AI and the latest technologies.

In our 11th fiscal year, which marks our 10th anniversary and the first step towards the next stage, we will accelerate proactive investments for the future. We will strengthen our business foundation by relocating our Tokyo branch and expanding our Osaka headquarters, develop new specialized business areas to respond to diversifying management challenges, and further expand consulting and BPO support utilizing AI and DX.
