Change in Reception Hours for Tachikawa City Hall and Other Facilities

To provide higher-quality services to citizens, we are changing our counter and telephone reception hours.

By changing these hours, we will secure time to review operations and address issues, aiming to improve the clarity and efficiency of procedures while enabling more attentive counter support.

[New] Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM [Old] Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

<Weekend/Holiday Counter Hours>

[New] 2nd and 4th Saturday and the following Sunday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM [Old] Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Outside of these hours, an automated voice guidance system will inform callers that the office is closed. In case of emergencies, a night duty officer or similar personnel will respond after the guidance ends.
