Reason for Share Acquisition

Our group is a comprehensive disaster prevention group that provides safety and security to society through disaster prevention equipment such as fire alarms and fire extinguishing systems. Ascade Inc. is an IT company with 25 years of experience, primarily engaged in consultations related to system construction, prototype development, and software technology development. It possesses high technical capabilities to support projects aimed at solving challenges and a flexible development structure.

By welcoming Ascade Inc. into our group, we aim to strengthen our development foundation in the IT/IoT field and promote the creation of new solutions that combine disaster prevention and sensing technologies with digital technologies.
