Shizen Energy Group participated in a strategic dialogue held during the visit of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to Japan. The dialogue served as an opportunity to confirm bilateral cooperation on energy transition and sustainable economic growth under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
Building on its track record of a 29.99MWac solar project in Gurun, Kedah, under Malaysia's Corporate Green Power Program (CGPP), Shizen Energy expressed its long-term commitment to the country. The group aims to invest approximately 1.7 billion ringgit, focusing on renewable energy development using the Corporate Renewable Energy Supply Scheme (CRESS), as well as infrastructure development including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS). These initiatives will contribute to Malaysia's National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR).
