Hanamaki Onsen Co., Ltd. will begin selling a new pouch-type gelato on June 1st that can be easily enjoyed with one hand. The product uses 100% fresh milk from Hanamaki, Iwate, resulting in a very smooth texture. It comes in three flavors: 'Hanamaki Milk' (500 yen), 'Hanamaki Yogurt' (500 yen), and 'Rose Yogurt' (600 yen). Because it is in a pouch, no spoon is required, making it perfect for enjoying while out and about or during a work break. To enjoy the smooth, freshly-made texture, it is recommended to let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes and knead it until soft. It will be sold at the Hanamaki Onsen Bakery and the Rose Garden Gardening Shop.
