This unique initiative seeks to promote sustainable wage growth, secure talent, and create a virtuous cycle in the local economy.

About the Program

Eligibility SME corporations with their head office or main business location within the city, or sole proprietors with a business location within the city.

Eligible Employees Regular and non-regular employees (working 20 hours or more per week) employed at business locations within the city.

Eligible Period Wage increases occurring between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. *Increases via bonuses or allowances are excluded. Basic salary and hourly wages are eligible.

Incentive Amounts Regular employees: 50,000 yen/person for a wage increase rate of 2.5% or more; 30,000 yen/person for 1.5% or more. Non-regular employees: 50,000 yen/person for a wage increase rate of 5% or more; 30,000 yen/person for 3% or more.

Limit Up to 10 employees per business location.
