The DBJ Green Building Certification (hereinafter 'GB Certification') is a certification system established in April 2011 by the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) to support real estate that considers the environment and society (Green Building). Based on comprehensive evaluation of not only the environmental performance of the property but also responses to various stakeholders, including disaster prevention and community engagement, the system evaluates and certifies real estate that meets societal and economic demands, supporting such initiatives.
