ABE galerie_TOKYO: Announcement of Exhibition Refresh for Works by Artists with Disabilities

ABE Kogyo Co., Ltd. (ABE) (Shinjuku Ward, President: Kiyomitsu Abe) has refreshed the exhibition of works by artists with disabilities at "ABE galerie_TOKYO".

Our company's corporate statement is "Delivering Authenticity to Japan and the World," and we are committed to creating rich spaces and society through the creation of wooden doors, fittings, and furniture. "ABE galerie_TOKYO" serves as a hub for communication that spans architecture, design, and art, and permanently exhibits a diverse range of artworks.

With this exhibition refresh, we aim to create new encounters with art, widely disseminate the charm and value of works by artists with disabilities, and further contribute to promoting understanding of diversity and a society of coexistence.

About the Exhibited Works

The works exhibited this time are by artists belonging to "NPO Kobo Akane," an organization based in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, that supports artists with disabilities, and "General Incorporated Association Down's Town Project," based in Shima City, Mie Prefecture, which supports the artistic activities of individuals with Down syndrome.

This is an atelier based in Shima City, Mie Prefecture, that supports the creative activities of people with Down syndrome. Through art, we deliver their kindness and peaceful sensibilities to society and work towards building a society that respects diversity.

About ABE galerie_TOKYO

Opened in September 2025. A communication hub that fuses wooden doors, fittings, furniture with art, design, and culture. We promote understanding of diversity and a society of coexistence through the exhibition of artworks by artists with disabilities.

We will continue to regularly refresh our exhibitions, widely introduce the expressive activities of artists with disabilities, and promote cultural dissemination and social contribution activities.

Since its founding in 1945, ABE Kogyo Co., Ltd.
