Origin (including subject of dispute): The Company and Hong Sheng Construction Co., Ltd. each submitted arbitration applications to the Arbitration Association of the Republic of China on September 24, 2025, and December 12, 2025, respectively, in accordance with the contract for 'Electrical and mechanical engineering of civil and water environment works for A14 station of the Taoyuan International Airport MRT system.' The cases were accepted and consolidated. 6. Course of processing: On June 4, 2026, the parties executed a settlement contract at the Arbitration Association of the Republic of China. 7. Impact on the company's financial and business operations and estimated impact amount: No material impact on the company's financial and business operations. 8. Remedial measures and improvement status: Fulfill the relevant terms of the settlement contract, and before July 20, 2026, pay NT$55 million to retrieve two bank drafts for performance guarantees (total face value NT$194.94 million), then apply to the Taiwan Clearing House to cancel the dishonored check records. 9.
