I. Incident Overview: Proactive cooperation to clarify facts In April 2025, the Company won the bid for the Army Command's 'training suicide drone' procurement. During the first phase of inspection on May 13, 2026, the procurement unit conducted a routine check on the external markings of the flight control chips. We respect and fully cooperate with the Army Command's procedures, having submitted complete origin documentation and supply chain traceability data to assist in the investigation.

Official COO is valid: The chips (STM32F722RET6) are developed and manufactured by STMicroelectronics (France).
