About Korean Forest Products (Jujube Chips, Dried Persimmon, Raspberry Wine)

◎ Jujube Chips

Made entirely from 100% jujubes grown in Gyeongsan, one of Korea’s top jujube-producing regions, these are non-fried freeze-dried chips. They retain the natural sweetness and nutrients of the raw ingredient, offering a delightfully crispy texture. In Korea, jujubes have long been cherished as a staple in traditional Korean medicine (Hanbang), medicinal cuisine, and classic dishes. Widely used in dishes like samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) and jujube tea, they are valued across generations as a daily health-supporting ingredient.

◎ Dried Persimmon

Korean dried persimmons, crafted using traditional Korean methods, are known for their concentrated natural sweetness and melt-in-your-mouth soft texture. Historically cherished in Korea as auspicious foods for gifts and celebratory occasions, they have recently gained attention domestically and internationally as healthy sweets that allow people to enjoy the pure, natural flavor of the fruit.

◎ Raspberry Wine

"Raspberry Wine," a traditional Korean fruit wine, stands out with its rich flavor from fully ripened Korean black raspberries and its refined sweet-tart balance. Cherished as a traditional fruit wine in Korea, it is enjoyed not only as a mealtime drink but also favored by those seeking health-conscious and fruity beverages. It’s a delightful way to casually experience Korean food culture.
