The "Tokyo Metropolitan Area Curry Town Collaboration Project" (Representative: Takahiro Suzuki, Chairman of the Yokosuka Curry Town Business Association), composed of seven cities in the Tokyo metropolitan area working to revitalize their towns through curry, will hold the "2026 Tokyo Metropolitan Area Cross-Curry Marathon Stamp Rally" for 170 days from Saturday, May 16, 2026, to Sunday, November 1, 2026. Participants will collect stamps by eating curry at 21 stores across seven cities: Yokosuka, Kanda, Shimokitazawa, Musashi-Kosugi, Teganuma, Shibuya, and Saitama. The participating stores (Aid Shops) are selected by project leader and curry/spice researcher, Monko Ichijo. Participants (runners) in the Curry Marathon will receive original goods corresponding to the number of stamps collected, which will be sent to all applicants.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Area Curry Town Collaboration Project will continue to strengthen the impact that curry has on towns, further increasing the number of people interacting and making it more enjoyable.

To all curry lovers!

This year, following 2024 and 2025, we will once again hold the "Tokyo Metropolitan Area Cross-Curry Marathon Stamp Rally" touring seven cities.

This year, you can get benefits by acquiring a Runner's Pass after conquering one store in each of four new areas.

Join curry fans from all over the country as we explore unique curry restaurants across 7 cities and 21 stores, enjoying "food" and "town exploration," rediscovering the charm of each area, and savoring the curry at all 21 establishments!

This year too, with the slogan "Curry connects towns and people with infinite fun," we sincerely look forward to your participation.

This event does not require actual running.

It is a plan to slowly visit famous restaurants scattered across "seven cities" by train, car, or at your own pace, and fully enjoy curry. The event period is long, lasting six months, so you can aim to conquer all stores without overexertion, combining it with weekend leisure or travel. The last store you visit will be your personal "goal."
