About the Inamori Management Philosophy Program

This program is designed for working professionals to study the 'Inamori Management Philosophy,' with the goal of fostering enterprising spirit and cultivating individuals who can excel as business leaders and community leaders.

To date, 456 participants ranging from their 20s to 70s—including entrepreneurs, company employees, civil servants, and housewives—have completed the program.

The 15th cohort this year features a refreshed curriculum. In addition to the existing subjects, a new course titled 'Kazuo Inamori's Corporate Transformation History' has been introduced. The program now consists of seven subjects totaling 60 hours, offering a more systematic and in-depth exploration of the theory and practice of Inamori's management philosophy.

Saturday, September 5, Reiwa 8 (2026) – Saturday, February 20, Reiwa 9 (2027) ※Including reserve dates

(6 hours × 10 days = Total 60 hours)

+ Online participation available from all regions of Japan

30 participants (Selection process will be conducted if applications exceed capacity)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from high school or hold an equivalent qualification

Tuition Fee

60,000 JPY (tax included), plus additional out-of-pocket expenses for textbooks, etc.
