Pickup Service for 'Narumiya Online' Purchases Now Available at 'trds' Counters

Moving Co., Ltd., a logistics subsidiary of Marui Group, will launch a service on June 3, 2026, allowing customers to pick up products purchased on 'Narumiya Online,' the official e-commerce site for baby, kids, and junior fashion operated by Narumiya International, at 'trds' counters in Marui and Modi stores. 'trds' is a service that allows customers to pick up, return, and ship items from multiple e-commerce sites at counters within Marui and Modi stores. By enabling customers to open packages in-store and complete returns on the spot, it reduces the anxiety and hassle of online shopping. Furthermore, it contributes to reducing environmental impact by cutting down on redeliveries and packaging materials. With this initiative, parents can smoothly pick up items at station-front Marui and Modi stores during their busy daily routines, such as before picking up children from daycare or school. The service is available at 18 locations, including Yurakucho Marui, Shinjuku Marui Main Building, and Shibuya Modi. Please note that items purchased on Narumiya Online cannot be returned at 'trds' counters.
