10X Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo Ward, Tokyo; CEO Masato Yamoto; hereinafter "10X") announces that it has been selected as an IT introduction support provider under the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026," and its retail e-commerce platform "Stailer Net Super" has been certified as an eligible IT tool. As a result, retail businesses (※) meeting certain criteria will be eligible for subsidies ranging from 1.5 million to 4.5 million yen when newly adopting "Stailer Net Super" through the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026."
The retail e-commerce platform "Stailer Net Super" is designed to support the launch and growth of online grocery stores. While online supermarkets are not intended to divert customers from physical stores, they can significantly increase customer loyalty and spending when operated alongside brick-and-mortar locations. However, running an online store requires entirely different expertise compared to managing physical stores. "Stailer Net Super" provides all the essential functions needed for successful online operations and supports businesses from planning through to growth.
Since launching "Stailer Net Super," we have seen growing demand not only from major corporations but also from medium-sized and small supermarket operators across Japan, many of whom express interest in launching e-commerce operations but cite lack of expertise or limited investment capacity.
With the certification of 10X's "Stailer Net Super" as an eligible IT tool under the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026," qualified retail businesses can now receive subsidies of up to 4.5 million yen toward the cost of implementing "Stailer" (subject to review by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency). This program makes adopting "Stailer Net Super" more accessible than ever before.
Retailers interested in implementing "Stailer Net Super" are encouraged to contact us via the link below:

※ Eligible entities are companies with capital or total investment of 50 million yen or less, or companies and individuals employing 50 or fewer regular employees.
