Hyakujuushi Bank Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture; President: Masashi Mori) announces its selection in the first public recruitment round of the 'Fiscal 2026 Subsidy for Promoting the 'Companies Growing Together with Children' Initiative' implemented by the Children and Families Agency (hereinafter referred to as the 'subsidy').

This subsidy is part of the government's broader 'Companies Growing Together with Children' initiative, aimed at realizing a 'child-centric society.' It supports regional financial institutions in becoming 'Child-Centric Leading Banks' and promoting wide-ranging internal and external initiatives.

In this first round of recruitment, 14 regional financial institutions across Japan were selected. Hyakujuushi Bank is the only institution selected in the Chugoku-Shikoku region.

Under its mid-term management plan 'Therefore, We Challenge,' the bank will boldly pursue new initiatives while fulfilling its role as a regional hub, driving Kagawa Prefecture toward becoming a 'pioneer model region for child-centric communities.' It will continue striving to realize a sustainable 'child-centric society,' sharing its achievements nationwide.

・ Provision of childcare-related consulting and hands-on support to SMEs in Kagawa Prefecture in collaboration with the Kagawa Prefectural Society of Social Insurance and Labor Consultants
